The DSI development team collaborates closely with other reporting offices to ensure accurate and appropriate use of institutional data including, but not limited to the following offices:

UIRR

University Institutional Research and Reporting  (UIRR) completes a myriad of federal and state compliance reports and produces official university reports on admissions, enrollment, retention, graduation rates, degree completions, and financial aid for Indiana University and all its campuses. UIRR maintains and provides data that support IU's compliance-reporting, accreditation, decision-making, and strategic planning processes.

UCO

The Office of the University Controller (UCO)’s mission is to provide leadership and guidance for financial compliance, controls and accountability through the development of comprehensive and sound fiscal policies, accounting standards, financial systems and reporting. In support of the university community, UCO aspires to provide efficient and effective financial services and to support decision making by providing timely and accurate financial information.

IUHR

IU Human Resources supports the broader Indiana University academic and research mission, through a wide variety of strategic and operational functions related to recruiting, retaining, and developing a diverse employee workforce.
IU Human Resources provides university-wide services with the explicit recognition of the following customers: executives, managers, employees, and federal and state agencies. Services are intended to be provided in a partnership-environment; simultaneously accommodating fiscal realities and maintaining a commitment to quality, equity, and integrity.

VPFAA

The Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty and Academic Affairs (VPFAA) helps faculty achieve professional excellence, focusing on the academic career of each faculty member on the Bloomington campus. We provide resources for all ranks of faculty—ranging from lecturers to distinguished professors—in all stages of their careers. VPFAA helps faculty navigate the challenges and special opportunities of academic life—whether new to IU, facing tenure or promotion, seeking new direction mid-career, or imagining retirement after decades of service.

BAR

Bloomington Assessment and Research (BAR) supports faculty, programs, campus initiatives, and the student experience by providing research and analyses for data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

IRDS

Institutional Research & Decision Support (IRDS) provides accurate, timely and actionable information to support decision making at IUPUI and ensure optimal learning and testing environments.

ORA

Office of Research Administration (ORA) provides support to IU's research community in order to catalyze research productivity and protect the institution and it's research community from risk.
