This project provides a single, easily accessible data source for employee FTE and compensation information. Executives and university administrators will be able to see, through a series of dashboards, trend information over time and determine factors that drive change.

Examples of questions to be answered by this project:
- What are the factors driving employee growth and decline? Are they pervasive or concentrated in certain areas?
- Are the programs that have been implemented to improve the diversity of the workforce effective?
- Are formal succession plans needed to address an aging workforce? If so, what locations and what employment categories?
